Nightmares are not always things that disturb our sleep. Sometimes, they exist in our everyday thoughts, looming on the horizon like a storm we can’t escape. We all have some real-life fears that bother us even when everything else seems fine.
Here are two biggest nightmares that I carry with me, the ones that give me pause in the middle of the day.
1. Aging and wrinkles on my face
For me, the idea of losing the beauty I have now feels like a slow erosion of who I am. I think most of girls and women can relate (lol)
Whenever I think about wrinkles, grey hairs, and losing control over my body, it gives me goosebumps.
I am 27 and I’ve started using anti aging creams and serums. I often stand in front of mirror to see whether my skin started showing signs of aging.
I know I have to accept the fact that aging is inevitable like death, but it’s still terrifying for me.
2. Losing the People I Love
This is a fear that hits hard. The thought of losing those closest to me, my parents and my husband, whether through distance…
