One’s true personality emerges when no one else is around
Being an introvert, I hate surrounded by people; However, living in a joint family I rarely find time when I’m alone and no one is around me. Whenever, there’s no one around, I embrace my solitude to the fullest.
It feels like I’m a butterfly freely flying in cool breeze.
Being alone is a time for me to reconnect, reflect, and recharge. Whether it’s a quiet afternoon or a full day to myself, I like to take advantage of these moments to focus on the things that bring me peace, joy, and fulfillment. Here’s a glimpse into what I do when I’m alone at home:
1. Treating myself to yummy food :
When I’m alone at home, one of my favourite things to do is treating myself to some delicious food. There’s something extra satisfying about preparing my favorite dishes and enjoying them in complete peace.
Whether it’s a comforting homemade meal, a sweet dessert, some leftover food from refrigerator or frying some frozen food like nuggets, fries etc, I love savoring each bite without any distractions. It’s my personal way of practicing self-care, and I appreciate the freedom to eat whatever I’m craving.
